I had a problem with my fancy Minnkota gps trolling motor .. I called here to see how far out the were to getting to it . A very pleasant young lady by the name of Pam answered and said about 3 weeks out. I agreed to the wait and she put me on the list . She called me every few days to keep me informed and actually was able to get me in earlier then I expected. When I got there she introduced me to Mike who was the technician overseeing my fix. He was very confident snd asked questions. I also had a few other small things needed done and he said no problem. They said it would take 2-3 days. So my wife and I decided to visit the city of Ludington and about 4 hours later got a call from Pam and said my boat was done 😳. When she told me the cost I told her she was crazy ! They were about $150 dollars LESS then I expected. These people were kind/friendly and communicated very well with me !!! I will take all of my business to them whether it be boat or snowmobile related !!!!!!!
